Final Floor Layout

It is envisaged that we will have a phased opening. The left half of the floor area which will contain the cafe being the first phase, and the larger area on the right coming on-board as it is also completed. Timescales are yet to be determined.

We would like to see some outside seating along the south-facing roadside, so have proposed that there might be a serving hatch for those enjoying the sunshine to get served during the summer months.

The home page on this website currently shows a schematic of the Community Hub that will be developed along with two other blocks. This development is now due to start next January. We are involved in talks between Cala Homes & the local Council with the intention of securing the lease on the facility.
