We are a Community Interest Company (run not-for-profit), seeking to gain the lease of the Community hub to be developed on the New Monks Park housing estate in Lancing,
It will provide a floor area of just over 250 m
2 and will provide a Community Cafe plus a number of different-sized rooms enabling various activities to run concurrently.
