Lots of news!
This is a view of the construction site looking West. This shows the eastern side of what will be the new Community Centrer.
Finances:
A kind benefactor has donated £500 to cover our annual web & email fees (& more) enabling us to continue in this initial stage. Also we have engaged a professional fund-raiser who started this week applying on our behalf to a range of organisations. Will report as the portfolio of successful applications grows.
Meanwhile please consider signing up to Easyfundraising as we have a trickle of monies from them but the more the merrier. Check out here:

Negotiating the Lease
We have secured a pro-bono lawyer who will support us through the complete process of these negotiation, thanks to LawWorks. We are now discussing the tenure of the lease, and aiming at 999 years, as long tenure is more attractive to potential funders.
Your Views Matter

If you have had a pamphlet about this and haven't yet responded (or know anyone this applies to) please take a few minutes/encourage them, it's mainly check-box ticking. If anyone has a problem using a QR code, they can email / Whatsapp me (chris@lap-cic.org.uk or 07932-162457) & I will send them a direct link.

It seems this may be more common than we think, so I have added a link in the Web-site, you can get straight to it by clicking
