The foundations are in! 

 Steady progress is being made.  Monica regularly walks past & has been feeding us with images of progress.  As of 2nd May:-

We have now engaged a professional fund-raiser who will be working to source grants for the funds we will need to transport the empty shell into a usable area.  This will require installing electricity, heating, lighting, a floor, ceiling, dry-line the walls and internal partitioning.

There have been an influx of new residents since we ran a survey last year to guage services and activities that would be in most demand.  So we are re-enacting that exercise to ensure that all residents have the opportunity to participate.

So now our work in earnest begins!  We will probably be reporting back a little more frequently over the next few months.
