Our meeting was attended by two residents from New Monks Park - Andrea Hickman & Filipa Mateo, also:
         Fran Corney -Lancing Parish Council -Community Engagement & Events Manager
        Karen Macleod – CEO - Adur Voluntary Action
        Lee Cowen – Adur District Council Cabinet member for Housing and Citizen Services &                                 Lancing Parish Councillor

A proposed Floor Plan was on display, along with a side elevation concept drawing, Diagram of the road showing parking allocation, and summarised results of our Market Research. Click on the underlined words to view these.

The Q&A session was very beneficial, as our guests were a treasure trove of knowledge, and we learned that there might be various funds we might tap into, e.g. the Council provides an allowance for provision of public toilets in the hub.

The home page on this website currently shows a schematic of the Community Hub that will be developed along with two other blocks. This development is now due to start next January. We are involved in talks between Cala Homes & the local Council with the intention of securing the lease on the facility.
