We are supporting the Lancing Tab who are organising this event, by providing free mince pies & hot drinks:- drinking chocolate, mulled wine & fruit punch. Do let us know if you'd like to assist us in spreading some Christmas cheer. And yes, we have been given the go-ahead for a fire pit!

The home page on this website currently shows a schematic of the Community Hub that will be developed along with two other blocks. This development is now due to start next January. We are involved in talks between Cala Homes & the local Council with the intention of securing the lease on the facility.
