Forecast @ 11 p.m. Friday - Looks Good!
... Meaning we're keeping an eye on the weather!!!
As a biker of many years' experience I do not put huge credence in weather forecasts. Indeed I think the unpredictability of our weather in this country has moulded the British character in great ways, such as stoicism, hardiness, an ability to adapt to unforeseen situations and a degree of unflappability - a state of imperturbability and self-control, allowing a person to remain steady and relaxed under pressure.
So when we realised that Morison's needed 4 day's notice to prepare our 28 trays of sandwiches for tomorrow, we had to make a decision based on faith! I have been watching the predictions shift as the week has progressed with some interest.
